Why One North?


- One North Masterplan (2001 – 2021). A self-contained township (200 hectares, 5 million sq m building)) – master plan designed by award winning architect Zaha Hadid.
- Estimated population is 138000 habitants
- The Rochester is part of Vista Xchange (Business & Lifestyle) hub. There are three phases in the One North Masterplan – Biopolis, Fusionopolis and Vista Xchange is the hubs of the 1st phase.
- Vista Xchange (where The Rochester is situated) is the designated corporate and business service centre).
